EFT Technique
One of the techniques I teach clients to control their cravings is EFT. It works like acupuncture by gently tapping the energy meridians in your body (with two fingers) to bring it back into balance.
I teach EFT because it is a empowering way to work on your cravings & emotional overeating issues. It is very simple to learn and use wherever you are. I also use hypnosis to make suggestions to make healthier food choices (our unconscious mind is very receptive when in the relaxed state, and as this is stronger than the conscious mind is a very important aspect of weight management)
I also teach clients self hypnosis which is another empowering tool. Another good technique is visualisation because its important to believe that we can be successful in controlling our weight, and if we imagine this its just another way to train the unconscious mind (combined with positive affirmations makes it doubly powerful).
To sum up then, the power of our unconscious mind is stronger than our conscious mind and it's important to discover the root cause of the excess weight. There are many techniques that can be used to overcome the issues of self doubt, negative thoughts and emotions as well as cravings such as NLP, Time Line Therapy, EFT & Hypnotherapy.
